Pricing- RESIDENTIAL -HAIL OR WIND

Basic Residential Appraisal: $850.00 Minimum charge (price based on average 5 hour appraisal complex claims, Fires, Floods, large properties with several out buildings will require additional hours).

Hail or Wind Inspections: $175 up to 1 hour

Estimates: $175 + (call for details)

Steep roof: $200

High roof : $200

Post Inspection: $175

Water Moisture Mapping: $1 sf

ITEL (acquire shingle & send in for report): $250

Weather guidance report: $75

Roof Measurements report: . $45-$150

Umpire fees: please call

Court appointment umpire: $1000.00

Research / Preparation / Exchange: as needed

Additional negotiation hours with our Dallas public adjusters: as needed

Appraisal services included in above mentioned fees:

Interrogatories with opposing appraisal , Contract filing with homeowner, Documents Review, GLR (General Loss Report), Umpire negotiation / non-court appointed Filing of “Declaration of Appraisal” , Filing of “Declaration of Umpire” , Local Travel, One on-site visit with opposing appraiser, One hour document exchange with all parties, Award signing , and Filing of “Award Demand” letter .

Pricing- COMMERCIAL

Prices for our Dallas public adjusters are figured on a $200/hr base rate with a standard 5 hours.

Basic commercial Appraisal: $1000 Minimum charge

Coring: $100 each (3 minimum)

Asbestos testing: $1000

Research / Preparation / Exchange: as needed

Additional negotiation hours: as needed
